An odd-looking, exotic fruit with a spiky, yellow-orange rind and jelly-appreciate, lime-green flesh, requires long growing season.
The outer skin of Jelly Melon Kiwano is orange-yellow in color and slightly bitter, while the inner flesh is lime green with a jelly-enjoy texture and filled with small seeds.
